RB Partners was established in 2004. Managing Partners of the Company held top positions in the largest Russian financial institutions and manufacturing holdings (Alfa Bank, Interros Group, VTB, Basic Element, UFG, Sputnik Group), and in international auditing and consulting companies (PwC and EY).
RB Partners specializes in providing premium quality business advisory services for leading Russian companies.
Since 2004, RB Partners has successfully completed more than 500 corporate governance advisory projects, as well as over 90 M&A transaction support projects for a total amount exceeding US$2.5 billion.
Since 2010 to March 2022, RB Partners has been an exclusive representative of the international Association Globalscope in Russia (www.globalscopepartners.com) that specializes in M&A, strategic consulting, and corporate finance services, and includes 55 investment banking advisory firms from 48 countries around the world.
RB Partners is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In 2015, the Company became a member of the Business Council for Cooperation with India.
